Steps
Step 1: Create Your Account
- Visit the weya Dashboard.
- Sign up for a new account.
Step 2: Create New Agent
- Navigate to the Agents tab.
- Click Create an Agent and select Create Phone Agent.
- Choose Agent Category Single-Prompt Agent.
- Select Call Type Outbound.
- Click Choose Template and then continue.
- Update the Prompt and System Message.
- Click Save.
Step 3: Connect Phone Number
- Go to the Phone Numbers tab.
- Click Add Number → select Add Phone Number.
- Choose your service provider, enter credentials, and click Save.
- Click Assign Outbound Agent.
- Select the agent you created.
- Click Connect Agent.
Step 4: Create Campaign
- Navigate to the Campaigns tab.
- Click Create Batch → select Add Phone Number.
- Enter all required details.
- Click Create Campaign.
Congratulations!
Your agent is now live and can:- Make outbound calls
- Handle natural conversations automatically
