Overview

Weya is a platform for building, testing, deploying, and monitoring AI-driven campaigns and phone agents. This guide will walk you through:
  1. Creating your account
  2. Building your first phone agent
  3. Connecting a phone number
  4. Launching your first campaign

Steps

Step 1: Create Your Account

  1. Visit the weya Dashboard.
  2. Sign up for a new account.

Step 2: Create New Agent

  1. Navigate to the Agents tab.
  2. Click Create an Agent and select Create Phone Agent.
  3. Choose Agent Category Single-Prompt Agent.
  4. Select Call Type Outbound.
  5. Click Choose Template and then continue.
  6. Update the Prompt and System Message.
  7. Click Save.

Step 3: Connect Phone Number

  1. Go to the Phone Numbers tab.
  2. Click Add Number → select Add Phone Number.
  3. Choose your service provider, enter credentials, and click Save.
  4. Click Assign Outbound Agent.
  5. Select the agent you created.
  6. Click Connect Agent.

Step 4: Create Campaign

  1. Navigate to the Campaigns tab.
  2. Click Create Batch → select Add Phone Number.
  3. Enter all required details.
  4. Click Create Campaign.

Congratulations!

Your agent is now live and can:
  • Make outbound calls
  • Handle natural conversations automatically
  • Process requests 24/7
